Requirements:

    Microsoft Windows 3.1 or Microsoft Windows 95
    An installed sound device capable of playing midi files.
    (Midi-oke! will NOT work with the PC Speaker driver)
    An installed sound device capable of playing and recording wave
    files (optional)

Installation:

    Unzip the distribution file MIDIOK23.ZIP and run the setup program
    SETUP.EXE.

     This product is freely distributable as a shareware program so long as
     this archive and its contents remain intact.  With the exception of
     commercial online services (America OnLine, CompuServe, etc.), BBS's
     and cd-rom archives of Internet ftp sites, distributors of public-
     domain or user-supported software collections or libraries must
     contact Vincenzo Palleschi and receive written permission before
     including Midi-oke! in any such distribution.

Version History:

     1.0   - Never released. However, this program has been awarded of the
     IBM Italy "Leonardo 2000" prize as the best program submitted among
     over 8000 participants.
     1.xx  - Many beta-releases, tested by friends all over the world.
     2.0   - First shareware release
     2.1   - Included Printer support, Real time Tempo changes, Track muting,
     Volume and Patch changes. Improved Autoplay and List Functions.
     2.2   - Software coflict removed that was preventing MIDI playing or
     generated incorrect syncronization in some systems.
     2.3   - Midi-oke! can now be used as standard Karaoke files player for 
     Windows,  Netscape, etc. "Save Preferences" command now also stores 
     Midi-oke! window position and default directory for opening Karaoke files. 
     Position within the song can be quickly changed by clicking over the 
     progress gauge. Editor/Converter from Format 0 Karaoke files to .kar 
     standard included. Bug removed which caused interruption of song playing 
     when using "Action Buttons" during AutoPlay.
